Almost all essay questions in law require students to critically evaluate or critically analyse a quote or a legal principle. But what does this actually mean? Join Dr Ben Wardle for a master class on critical analysis and lose the anxiety that often arises with a legal essay. The seminar will cover breaking down the essay question, advanced legal research, critical thinking skills, legal critique using legal theory, legal critique using precedent, and legal critique using academic research. Dr Wardle will provide many actual law essay questions and show you how to approach answering them. The masterclass is held via Zoom on May 25 from 7-9pm and costs $49.
