Each element is broken into a scaffold to make it very easy to follow and use. The document covers distinguishing between a lease and a licence, formalities for leases, assigning interests under a lease, breach of lease (lessor and lessee), and remedies for breach of lease. This scaffold has be written by a lecturer in law and is designed to summarise all relevant law and explain it clearly in a logical structure.
