Cancellation Policy
Bookings can be rescheduled more than 24 hours before a session begins by logging into our website, selecting 'My Bookings', and rescheduling the relevant booking to another time in your tutor's availability. 24 hours notice must be provided to cancel bookings. If you cancel within 24 hours of the booking time we reserve the right keep 50% of your payment other than in exceptional circumstances.
