This masterclass teaches students how to properly answer legal problem questions. It covers: - Study techniques to prepare for legal problems - How to structure your answer - Issue spotting - How to summarise law - How to apply law and develop legal arguments - How to write effectively and efficiently - What markers are looking for In this one hour online masterclass Dr Ben Wardle will teach you skills needed to improve your grades in the most common form of assessment. Each student will be given a free copy of the 'Guide to Answering Legal Problems' (worth $29). The masterclass will cover: - Study techniques to prepare for legal problems - How to structure your answer - Issue spotting - How to summarise law - How to apply law and develop legal arguments - How to write effectively and efficiently - What markers are looking for
