Cancellation Policy

Tutoring credits can be used with any tutor and remain valid for four years from the date of purchase. Sessions may be rescheduled more than 24 hours before the scheduled commencement time. Sessions cancelled more than 24 hours before commencement will have the tutoring credit automatically returned to your account. We understand that unexpected circumstances occasionally arise. However, same-day cancellations can significantly impact tutors who have reserved time specifically for your session. If you need to cancel on the day of your session, please contact your tutor directly as soon as possible. Repeated same-day cancellations or missed sessions may result in the tutoring credit not being returned.
