This document provides a scaffold with all the relevant law and legal tests for an assignment or exam question on homicide in NSW. Each element is broken into a scaffold to make it very easy to follow and use. The document covers the four types of murder, and three types of manslaughter. This scaffold has be written by a lecturer in law and is designed to summarise all relevant law and explain it clearly in a logical structure.
